We all have questions about Balanced Living and we know that you have specific questions about Green Monkey.

What is Balanced Living?

Balanced Living is learning how to find a greater sense of harmony within yourself and with the world around you. Both physically and mentally, attaining Balance is a process. It's the daily practice of determining what you need to even out your body, mind and spirit. Balanced Living helps you manage time, stress and relationships. It increases your productivity and performance, and has the power to fill your life with happiness and satisfaction.

How do I become a Monkey?

A Monkey is any member of our community and anyone can be one... swing by a Tree House and join a class, buy a package or membership, experience a workshop or hang out at an event. No Tree Houses in your jungle community? Just join us on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube or sign up for our newsletters and get Balanced Living information anywhere.

How do I purchase a membership, package or class?

You can become a member in one of two ways: swing by one of our Tree Houses and sign up at the Monkey Bar. Or click here. To make a class reservation click here. (This needs to go to mindbody to make a reservation)

Is my membership all access?

Memberships and packages are accepted at all Tree Houses, except for the Viceroy Miami. "The Deal" at the Viceroy is as follows: A drop in class for a Green Monkey Members or Package holder is $12 per class. This includes two hours of free parking as well as access to the spa and pool. Please show your Green Monkey keycard to the Spa Front Desk to receive the Monkey rate. The drop in rate for a Green Monkey Non-Member is $20 per class which does not include parking, but spa facilities are still included!

If you have questions about a class or practice, please email monkeytalk@greenmonkey.net.
